I grant permission for Sawa Supercars LLC to run a transaction on my credit card for any additional charges.
I have also made a separate payment for my rental reservation and authorized this payment in addition to that reservation payment. I understand this authorization will serve as a security deposit which will be used to cover any excess mileage, refueling, last minute delivery/pickup fees, and any damages and or loss of use I also understand that there are no refunds if I cancel within 48 hours of this reservation and no refunds of any kind for any reservation that is canceled after it has already begun, regardless if the car is returned earlier than due back, by hours or days, no refunds no credit.

All transactions will show on my credit card statement as Sawa Supercars LLC.
My signature above confirms vehicle reservation and authorizes all credit card charges deemed necessary by Sawa Supercars LLC. I certify that I do not have any criminal convictions for a misdemeanor or felony that I have not disclosed. I certify that I have a valid driver’s license with the information above and that my driver’s license is not suspended. I authorize Sawa Supercars LLC, at its own discretion, to conduct a comprehensive driving record and or criminal background check and understand that they may choose not to rent the vehicle to me and may recall the vehicle and take any measures necessary to recall the vehicle including but not limited to deactivation of the ignition from a remote location, at time if Sawa Supercars LLC believes that I have violated any of the terms and conditions contained in this rental agreement.

I certify that I have an active car insurance policy which I have verified covers me in full for this rental for liability and physical damage and loss of use and diminished value. I acknowledge and understand that any drivers listed in this agreement are not covered in any manner by any policy of liability insurance or self insurance available through Sawa Supercars LLC and that Sawa Supercars LLC will not defend or indemnify me against any claims arising, as such.
